We produce ASTM/ASME Grade 304, Grade 304L,304h, 316, 316L, 316H, 316TI, 321, 321H, 309S, 309H, 310S, 310H, 410S, 2205, 904L, 2507, 254, gh3030, 625, 253MA, S30815, 317L, Type 317, 316lN, 8020, 800, 800H, C276, S32304 and others special requirement stainless steel grade.

Delivery time7 to 15 days, depends on the quantity

Sanmac® 2205 is a 22% Cr duplex chrome steel with improved machinability as commonplace. The excessive chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen contents results in a Pitting Resistance Equivalent variety of 33-34, providing pitting and crevice corrosion resistance superior to Alloy 316L in nearly all corrosive media.

  • Significant additions of Mo, Ni and Cu offers this alloy a great resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in environments containing halide ions e.g. chloride, bromide and fluoride solutions.
  • Ferralium® 255 is a brilliant duplex stainless-steel supplied within the cold completed and annealed condition.
  • It offers glorious corrosion resistance in all kinds of corrosive chemical substances together with sulphuric, nitric and phosphoric acid, seawater and different chloride containing environments.
  • Alloy 254, is a high alloy austenitic stainless steel equipped within the scorching labored and annealed condition.

Poor warmth remedy or excessive warmth enter welding of normal or excessive carbon austenitic stainless steels will cause sensitisation, ie formation of chromium carbides. The formation of carbides not solely reduces the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel but additionally tends to type martensite around the carbide.

Does duplex stainless steel rust?

Super duplex stainless steel contains a mixture of austenitic and ferritic grains within its microstructure. Austenitic microstructures are non-magnetic, but ferritic microstructures are. Therefore super duplex grades are also considered magnetic.

Alloy 254, is a excessive alloy austenitic chrome steel provided in the hot worked and annealed condition. Significant additions of Mo, Ni and Cu provides this alloy a great resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, particularly in environments containing halide ions e.g. chloride, bromide and fluoride solutions. Alloy 316L is an austenitic stainless-steel supplied in the hot labored and annealed condition.

It achieves larger strengths than other alternative corrosion resistant alloys, providing the potential to scale back part size and subsequently weight and cost. Alloy 2205 is a 22% Cr duplex stainless-steel, provided in the solution annealed condition.

Ferralium® 255 – FG46 is a brilliant duplex chrome steel supplied within the strain hardened situation . It is optimised for fastener functions, matching the mechanical properties of the B7 grade alloy carbon steel which is mostly used for prime-pressure bolting purposes. Ferralium® 255 – 3AF is a super duplex chrome steel supplied within the sizzling labored, annealed and aged condition. By subjecting the product to an additional ageing process, it’s attainable to additional increase the tensile power of the product whilst retaining its high levels of ductility.
